Exchanges and Returns
At Topaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we offer an easy and hassle-free exchange and return policy.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the specific item you would like to exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.
Returns:
We accept returns within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. If you decide that an item is not suitable for you, we offer two convenient options for returning the product:
1. Home Try-On Option:
For your convenience, we provide a Home Try-On service. Our courier will deliver your order to your doorstep, and you can try on the items in the comfort of your own home. If you are satisfied with your purchase, simply keep the item. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, our courier will wait for you to make a decision. If you decide to return the item, you can pay for the return shipping to the courier. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund.
2. In-Store Returns:
Alternatively, you may return the item in person at one of our physical stores within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Please bring the item along with the original purchase receipt. Our store staff will be happy to assist you with the return process, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once the item passes the inspection, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and banking institution.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges and returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless they are defective.
- Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- For exchanges or returns initiated through our Home Try-On service, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sealed for return shipping.
- In the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange, including covering the shipping costs.
